This Year's Charities
As with all our concerts at Aspire Music, we raise money for 2 charities each year. Usually, funds are raised through donations on the door, raffle ticket sales, and refreshments. In a virtual concert this is not possible. Therefore, enjoy the concert this year, and if you feel you'd like to donate, please click on any of the DONATE buttons. This year we have chosen Grantham Foodbank and Agape.
Grantham Foodbank really have been working incredibly hard throughout lockdown to ensure people still have what they need despite diminished incomes. They have far greater buying power than ourselves, and they could turn your donations into food with the knowledge that £1 = 1meal.
Agapé UK is meeting the needs of people around the world, working with a number of international partners. This includes humanitarian work with the Global Aid Network (GAiN), and the wider activities of the Agapé Europe and Cru global networks. Half the donations from this concert will go towards this invaluable work in the form of raising some of the funds required for our daughter to volunteer with Agape in an orphanage in Ghana in 2021.
